1 lb sausage
1 1/2 c. onion diced
1 1/2 c. green bell pepper diced
1 32 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn
5 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp oregano
4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp tobasco
1 32 oz can red beans (drained & rinsed)
Brown meat, onion, & bell pepper. Drain. Put cooked meat mixture into a large pot, and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 45 min.
For Freezer: Let cool till warm then put in a labeled gallon size Ziploc. Freeze flat.
On cooking day: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat in microwave in microwaveable bowl, or on the stove in a large pot, or heat in a crock pot 2-3 hrs on low.
